1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Please check sizing and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

Processing time varies by bank (usually 3–10 business days)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the item
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the courier marks an item as delivered, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
